MY FAMILY HAD A GREAT FEW DAYS HERE. THE WEATHER WAS GOOD AND MY SON ENJOYED GOING OUT IN ONE OF THE KAYAKS THAT WERE AVAILABLE SEVERAL TIMES.
WE HAD CAMPFIRES EACH NIGHT AND GREAT SUNSETS ALL FOUR NIGHTS WE WERE THERE. WE ENJOYED THE BEACH HOUSE WITH ITS UNIQUE DECOR AND ALTHOUGH AN OLDER, SEASONAL COTTAGE, IT HAS BEEN NICELY UPDATED WITH MODERN AMENITIES WHILE MAINTAINING THE ORIGINAL CHARACTER. I WOULD DEFINITELY CONSIDER RETURNING EVEN THOUGH IT IS ONLY 10 MINUTES FROM HOME

The grounds, views, water and location to the public beach were perfect, did not disappoint! The two cottages were both spacious and the decor was beautiful.
We would definitely rebook for a future family vacation!

FOREST HOUSE
We had a wonderful stay at Emilia's cottage. The cottage is located a short walk from Balm Beach. It sits on a large lot with a lot of trees, very quiet and peaceful.
The cottage inside looks newly renovated, it's well appointed and has everything we need. We had a great time there and would highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful relaxing stay at this cottage. The garden is huge and is surround by trees and even has a small creek with a bridge, which our son loved to explore.
The house is well appointed with everything you need for your stay, and the beds were comfortable. The main area of the house is surrounded by windows makes you feel like you’re in nature. The host was amazing and answered all of our questions very quickly during our stay. Would highly recommend this cottage, we didn’t want to leave.

We had a great stay at Forest House. It was a perfect place for two kids and four adults. Located on a cute street in Tiny, minutes away from a semi-private beach and the public Balm Beach are. The cottage is newly renovated, clean, and exactly as described in the pictures. We would not hesitate to recommend, and look forward to staying at this cottage again!

My family had a great few days here. The weather was good and my son enjoyed going out in one of the kayaks that were available several times. We had campfires each night and great sunsets all four nights we were there.
We enjoyed the beach house with its unique decor and although an older, seasonal cottage, it has been nicely updated with modern amenities while maintaining the original character. I would definitely consider returning even though it is only 10 minutes from home. Susie

Our family had a great time at the well-equipped cottage. Everything was top of the line, we enjoyed this roomy cottage and the large secluded yard around it for campfires and family games. Close to all amenities and yet far away from all hustle and bustle. A truly relaxing experience.
A very short walk to the beach and the centre of Balm Beach. We love coming up here as a family to make memories. We are looking forward to many returns!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this newly renovated cottage! The beds were comfy, the new appliances, counter tops and rugs were lovely, and the shower was excellent! All upgrades were genuinely nice!
The large yard was exceptionally private with a lovely deck and nice fire pit area. We found the private beach area to be accessible and easy to walk to. Both the large kitchen and outdoor patio tables provided ample space for our family to dine and enjoy games. Balm Beach is an incredible area with so much to offer. We will be reaching out to book this homey cottage again!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
